My favourite travel destination in India

Camping in Rishikesh might be the perfect vacation for some people but not me.

Well, tour to Rishikesh is just an adventurous page in my life which holds a different type of Evocative thoughts towards the destination places the beautiful green water and the equally Green Hills and the shimmering white sand! I thought only places outside India like Maldives Krabi etc could pour such magic .. but I was completely wrong various activities like bungee jumping!! cliff jumping!! rock climbing!! fox flying rippling!! panoramic views and many such thrilling activities.

I was going to experience for the first time in my life when I was going to the trip arranged by my school to "The fascinating Rishikesh in Uttrakhand.

We were in Dehradun express and were about to reach in. few hours. it was 9 pm by the time we reached Rishikesh and a cottage was booked for us to stay in .various thoughts were going into my mind and I was so excited that what was going to happen the next morning and while all these I fall asleep.

7.30.am
it was 7 .30 am in the morning when I woke up, by my room partner as we have a schedule of river rafting. we all get ready by 9 after having breakfast we were on the bus enjoying various pleasing

views. then our sir told us that we have reached the site and were ready for river rafting. Only a few rivers in the world have the mystique of the Ganges, the living mother Goddess of India. Rafting on its water of wisdom is certainly an unusual experience. I was on the boat with my partners but suddenly after a few minutes the flow of water started increasing I was quite afraid but I told it was usual.."

and with the collapse of few minutes our boat was out of control we were trying to manage and suddenly I was out of the boat I was I was not knowing swimming but I keep pushing myself but then was tired of trying and I started drowning.

it was 4 in the evening when I started getting conscious but the body was paining. I was feeling like my body got numb. There was a crowd around me then one of my friends told that I was drowning and was saved by rescuing team .the fascinating Rishikesh turned to haunting Rishikesh in my mind . for me it can never be a place of the perfect vacation, but yes that was just an accident but the adventure it had was next level I would love to go back someday and create better memories with the beautiful surroundings of Rishikesh.
