Job vs Business: What’s Better?

Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult.

Both Jobs and Business have their own difficulties.

Let us start with Jobs:

The Difficulties are loans, targets. It's like a never-ending race which you have to just run and run and run.

The money you earn is for the employer the clients you have are of the employer what you get is a percentage out of it.

But then it has the other side of the coin also which states at least you have a job, you have less tension, you will get a fixed amount on 1st of the month which makes it a good choice for you.

Let us continue with Business:

The difficulties are it is your company that is on stake. It's your reputation.

It is you who is going to face the world.

Everything is so self-centered which makes it very hectic, risky, and disturb your mental peace as well.

But, if we see the other side of the coin you are the power. You are the one making decisions, it is a pride that 100 people are working under you. You are providing jobs to people.

You are the one for whom your employees are working.

Higher the risk higher the reward.

As a high risk, you will be amazed with money if things go the way you wanted.

 

You will end up being the boss. A good leader and an integral part of the country who is providing employment to people which is a problem right now.
